Technology is a Learning Curve for Some

Technology-driven products can be daunting sometimes. Not everyone, unfortunately, has the intricate complexities needed to navigate such instruments. With time and commitment, however, mastery can happen for even the most inexperienced novices. For those for which it is still tricky, remember to sit back, relax, and find your rhythm. It will come. Luckily, in the age of the internet, information is easy to come by. All you have to do is type in search perimeters. You have to remember to be patient and ask for help when needed.

Information is Everywhere
It is the age of information, and it is readily available wherever you look. Remember to research all possible technology for the gadget on which you are working. Accessing information is very easy if you know where to look. Gone are the days of bookshelves full of Britannica encyclopedias and two-book Webster's dictionaries, trips to the library, and hours spent researching home improvement and child-rearing topics. It's really quite amazing how much access to the information we really do have.

When in Doubt, Ask a Neighbor
Look at it this way. There's bound to be someone that knows just a little more than you do. Find that person. In a project originated in Denmark, you can check out actual humans from the library. This idea was to combat prejudice in society by having people meet that may otherwise not have interacted. Sometimes that's all you need. One person could be a wealth of information. If your subject was on technology, imagine how amazing it would be to check out Bill Gates of Microsoft for the day? While we don't have anything like that here, you can always check out your neighbor, friends, or family member, so to speak, on an informal basis. Just make sure you tell them first.

Have Patience when Learning Something New
Learning anything new takes patience and due diligence. For non-technology savvy people, that can be even more true. Most great things don't happen overnight. There are those people with a knack for learning, that can pick things up with the blink of an eye. For some, learning new technology can take a little longer. There is a learning curve when accessing technology-driven information, and the professionals at Trimlight are happy to assist you. From installation and setup support after install, we are here for you.

We are Here for you
Remember when all else fails, know that we at Trimlight are available to assist in any way possible. For all of your outdoor lighting needs, contact us anytime.

Save Your Back – Programmable Permanent Lighting for Your Home

We've all seen the old Christmas movies of dad getting up on the roof and fiddling with the old Christmas lights, trying to get them strung along the edge of a gable, yanking at his pants and/or tottering dangerously on the roof peak. Then sometimes he hurts his back and ends up in bed…

Even if you're just putting Christmas lights on a porch or veranda, it takes work. You're probably getting up and down from the ladder, and reaching to get strings of lights connected, and everything else. Then a couple of months later, you have to go take the whole thing down again. Whether you’re Mom or Dad or Santa Claus, you probably could do without this kind of work.

We have the perfect solution for that. Our programmable permanent lighting stays in place on your rooftops and other areas of the home, to give precision, clean-trim lighting that can work for holidays throughout the year, so that instead of doing all of that hard work putting up lights and taking them down, all you have to do is hit a few buttons. This is a real game-changer in holiday togetherness. Don’t struggle with your lights! Spend that time cuddled up watching a movie or enjoying the yard instead.

Roofline Camouflaged Lighting

In our proprietary system, these lights are not prominent when you're not using them. They are designed to blend in with the roof channel so that you can leave them in place all the time. Then when you illuminate the lights! Our powerful LEDs shine through the gloom, giving people the spirit of Christmas, or Halloween, or Valentine's Day, or whatever other holiday it is according to your calendar. You can program them a St. Paddy’s green, a valentine’s red, or some other seasonal color scheme.

Modern Design

Let's talk about how we built these new alternatives to the traditional labor-intensive Christmas light chains.

LEDs are a big deal in the world of interior and exterior lighting. They are energy-saving, durable designs that work in rugged environments. With the proper protection, they can stand up to the elements pretty well over time. You’ll see them everywhere now, at local stores, in yards, and in homes.

We had the brilliant idea (if you’ll pardon the pun) that LEDs could lead to a new kind of holiday lighting that's much more versatile and makes your home more of a smart automated property. That’s what’s behind these new kinds of lights. Let us help you to automate the holidays in a great way.
